December 23, KNS, Bandipora: Director of the Sericulture Department Aijaz Ahmad Bhat (IAS) presided over a massive event at Town Hall Hajin as part of the current Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra campaign, which aims to increase public awareness and permeate all government services.
The occasion also included booths arranged by different government agencies and vibrant cultural objects arranged by young people from the community and schools.
The Prime Minister’s objectives for the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) are to make sure that the rural people understand the significance of government welfare projects, reach the unreachable population, and enable their utilization, Director Sericulture emphasized during his address.
He highlighted how innovative VBSY is in promoting growth, getting people involved in government projects, and attaining saturation with citizen-focused activities.
In addition to complimenting the recipients, Shri Aijaz Bhat expressed pleasure with the way the PM’s programs had affected rural regions. He also cited Jammu and Kashmir as a prime example of Ayushman Bharat’s achievements, which have decreased household out-of-pocket medical care costs.
The director of sericulture, Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, Additional District Development Commissioner Bandipora, and Umar Shafi Pandit, Additional Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, carried out a thorough examination of the booths erected by different government agencies.
Numerous programs related to health, animal husbandry, social welfare, horticulture, agriculture, handicrafts, handlooms, and other important fields were shown at these booths.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, which is being conducted across the whole Bandipora district, aims to fully enroll all eligible citizens in government-sponsored flagship programs.
On the eve of Viksit Bharat, an initiative aimed at fostering development and prosperity, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a unique speech that struck a chord with the audience. At the gathering, a selection of development films that provided a comprehensive overview of recent and prospective initiatives were shown.
