Srinagar, August 3 – According to BJP General Secretary Tarun Chugh, the Supreme Court is the protector of the rights of people and the less fortunate groups of society who were denied such rights prior to the repeal of Article 370. He said that by using the word “justice,” they had misled the people of Jammu and Kashmir. The largest obstacle to Jammu and Kashmir’s growth, he said, particularly for the poorer parts, has been Article 370.
Since Article 370 was repealed and a new age in the Union Territory began, several public welfare measures have been implemented for the J&K population.
The terrorism that formerly plagued J&K has given place to tourism, economic development, and education.
