Bandipora, August 25: Nodal Officer Coordination Mohammad Ashraf Hakak presided over a meeting here on Friday to evaluate preparations for the start of the Digital Week Celebrations 2023 on August 31. This meeting was called by the Deputy Commissioner of Bandipora.
At the meeting, everyone involved in the celebration week discussed the many events that will be held.
To commemorate the remarkable digital transition, highlight J&K’s technical strength, provide networking and commercial possibilities for tech startups, and provide inspiration to the NextGen residents are the goals of the events.
All the events and activities that would take place during Digital Week were laid out in great detail at the discussion. These may range from hackathons for prospective tech enthusiasts to lectures on upcoming technology to roundtable discussions with professionals in the field.
It was announced that cultural and artistic performances showcasing the merging of traditional values with contemporary technologies will also be part of the Digital Week Celebrations.
Officials from several different ministries, as well as representatives from the IT industry, educational institutions, and local companies, were present at the meeting, which was led by ADC Bandipora Umair Shafi and JD Planning Imtiyaz Ahmad.
