Gurez visit by VC SKUAST-K comes to an end after 2 days

Bandipora, August 6: Prof. Nazir Ahmad Ganai, the vice chancellor of SKUAST Kashmir, capped up his two-day visit to the Gurez valley on Sunday by laying the cornerstone of KVK Bandipora -II (Gurez) in Dawar Gurez.

According to the VC, KVK Gurez is the second KVK in the district of Bandipora and serves the many requirements of those working in agriculture and related fields. In addition, they host events to educate and instruct young people.

Prof. Ganai said that the institution has signed an arrangement with PepsiCo India Ltd. to assist local potato farmers with marketing.
