Oct. 16 in Srinagar: Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen, the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Front (PDF) and a former minister, has voiced grave worry about the ongoing power crisis in Kashmir.
He continued by saying that many had experienced extreme suffering. In light of the soon-to-arrive winter season, he has pushed for rapid action to ameliorate the electricity situation.
Hakeem Yaseen said in a statement that frequent unplanned power outages as a result of a serious power deficit had caused the public great discomfort. He has asked the government to act quickly to address Jammu and Kashmir’s electricity situation.
