Poonch, August 2: The Army discovered a deaf and dumb person near Bathar Bridge yesterday night, and the individual was turned over to the police this morning, according to reports.

According to GNS, the army discovered the unnamed individual wounded and turned them over to the police.

Later, they said, the patient was sent to District Hospital Poonch.
