Srinagar, July 25: The first CME of the Kashmir branch of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India was held in Srinagar.
More than 60 eminent Ent Head and Neck Surgeons from GMC Srinagar, GMC Anantnag, GMC Baramulla, and Director Health Service attended the CME.
Speakers at the conference presented six research papers.
In his welcoming speech, Professor Showkat Ahmad Tak, the association’s general secretary, provided a thorough assessment of the accomplishments of the organisation since its founding and outlined a future course. Additionally, he disclosed that the Association will have its first annual conference in 2024.
Professor Rouf, the association’s president, spoke during the gathering and gave out the diplomas. Dr. K. S. Metha offered a vote of gratitude to conclude the meeting.
