Kulgam, Nov. 9: On day three of B2V-5 in Kulgam, the public and Prabhari officers engaged in lively conversation.
Phase 1 of the district’s outreach program covered 84 panchayats. Today, outreach to a total of 94 panchayats was launched by Prabhari officers, including Director of Education Tassaduq Hussain Mir; Mission Director of Jal Jeevan Mission, G.N. Itoo; Director of Floriculture Kashmir, Farooq Ahmad Rather; Director of RDD, Shabir Hussain Bhat; and other officers who visited their designated panchayats, listened to the people’s goals, and solicited input to guarantee the successful implementation of developmental initiatives.
Visiting officials conducted many Gram Sabhas during the program and gave presentations on the centrally funded and UT-managed public welfare initiatives.
In addition to engaging with the public, the Prabhari Officers in these 94 panchayats reviewed the deliverables from the previous and current year, paying particular attention to enhancing the user experience and e-service penetration for increased accessibility.
They also conducted in-person assessments of the operation and availability of amenities in a number of government offices and organizations.
