Kulgam’s implementation of COTPA-2003 is analysed

The Deputy Commissioner of Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat, presided over a meeting of the District Level Coordination Committee for the National Tobacco Control Programme (NTCP) on August 1, during which they discussed plans to enforce the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA) of 2003.

During his speech, the district attorney (DC) urged the cops in attendance to enforce COTPA-2003’s regulations across the district.
