On August 4-6, members of the CPI (M) Central Committee gathered in New Delhi, India.

The Central Committee released a statement expressing its outrage at the ongoing ethnic violence with communal aspects in Manipur, which has claimed hundreds of lives and displaced tens of thousands, forcing them to live in relief camps in deplorable circumstances. It’s not hard to see that the state government is to blame.
