August 17th, Srinagar: Omar Abdullah, a former chief minister and regional vice president of the National Conference (NC), stated on Thursday that he hopes the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court reviewing the Article 370 issue will restore it, despite the lengthy court process.
As the NC’s complaint is that the abrogation was unlawful, the NC, along with several other political parties, has hired attorneys to argue for the restoration of Article 370 by the Supreme Court.

Omar told the press, “We are battling and dream of receiving justice…The top solicitors in the country have been retained.
We trust that our arguments will sway the judges. The process is lengthy, but we must remain patient.
