Painting and speech competitions are organised by TLSC Sumbal.

On Monday, the Tehsil Legal Services Committee Sumbal, in partnership with the District Legal Services Authority Bandipora, marked India’s 76th anniversary of independence with a cultural-cum-painting and speech competition. The event was place in Sumbal’s Govt. Hr. Secondary School. The programme was attended by Amit Sharma, Principal District and Sessions Judge Bandipora, and Bazila Bashir, Chairperson TLSC Sumbal.
