Srinagar, September 15: On Friday, Pulwama police killed two terrorists and issued a challan against a terrorist associate.
The challan was submitted in the case FIR No. 97/2023 of Police Station Pulwama at the designated NIA Court Pulwama against a terrorist associate and two slain terrorists, according to a police statement released here.
The case has been charged against a terrorist associate named Ishfaq Ahmad Wani. He’s the son of Ghulam Nabi from Chirat Arigam, Pulwama. He’s been arrested on May 7, 2023, and is currently in jail until September 25, 2023. The charges against him are under the Explosive Substance Act and the UA (P) Act. The court ordered his detention in Sub Jail Pulwama. Additionally, charges have been dropped against the deceased terrorists Jamsheed Ahmad Magray and Hanan Bin Yaqoob. They were killed in an encounter with the police and security forces in village Drach Shopian on October 5, 2022.
