Srinagar, December 5: In the interest of administration, the Jammu and Kashmir government ordered the removal and posting of numerous JKAS personnel on Tuesday.
Kishore Singh Chib, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development, and Monitoring Department, is transferred and assigned as Special Secretary in the Chief Secretary’s office in accordance with an order, a copy of which is kept with him.
According to the directive, Haris Ahmad Handoo, JKAS, Vice-Chairman of the Srinagar Development Authority, would be moved to the Chief Secretary’s office and assigned as a Special Secretary.
Furthermore, it said that, until further instructions, Athar Aamir UI Shafi, IAS (RI:2016), Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation, would also serve as Vice-Chairman of the Srinagar Development Authority in addition to his own responsibilities.
In the meantime, Ata-u-Munim Tak, JKAS, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, would remain in his current position as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Marwah, per separate directives.
