A boat rally that started at the suspension bridge Deewan Bagh and ended at Eco Park Baramulla was organized by the DC Baramulla.

DC Baramulla said, “We have already called meetings with political parties and it has been stressed that political parties must acquire permission from the District Election Officer for any political rally, event, or procession as per the norms of the Election Commission of India (ECI).
According to him, the government has asked the political parties to strictly abide by all ECI regulations, including those pertaining to Model Code of Conduct (MCC) and spending monitoring.

He said, “These actions are being done in order to have a free, fair, and secure election.”

According to him, all election-related preparations are ongoing, and all Assistant Returning Officers (AROs) and representatives from all political parties participated in the first round of randomization.

In addition, he said, “other tasks like special summary revision has also been completed.”
Notably, the ECI has announced that the Baramulla parliament seat would hold elections in the fifth phase.

According to Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, the goal of the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral involvement (SVEEP) program is to increase public knowledge of the importance of voting and encourage maximum involvement in the electoral process.

We are receiving positive feedback from these kinds of events. We’ll keep doing these kinds of activities across the whole Baramulla area, he said.
