Pulwama, December 25: SSP Pulwama Mohd Yousuf is chairing a grievance redressal camp at village Nehama of Kakapora block to improve the link between the police and the public. People from the village of Nehama and surrounding regions attended the camp and expressed their worries and frustrations to the SSP.
SSP Pulwama responded calmly to the public’s complaints, especially those of youth, old residents, and women. He promised them a speedy and efficient resolution. The people thanked the J&K Police for coming to their homes and listening to their complaints.
SSP Pulwama underlined the necessity of community policing in preventing and identifying crimes, including drug trafficking and terrorism, at a public engagement. He emphasized the need for the public to cooperate with the police and share any information that may aid in the prevention of criminal activity.
The purpose of the grievance redressal camp was to build a link between the police and the general public, as well as foster a feeling of security and confidence in the community.
