LMV Passenger/Private Cars, HMVs, and load carriers will be permitted from both sides of Jammu, subject to favourable weather and decent road conditions.

Movement of the SFs’ Convoy
If the roads are clear and the weather cooperates, police and military vehicles may

ROUTE SSG
Vehicles will be able to travel from Srinagar to Kargil and back via the Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumari route if the weather cooperates and the roads are passable. Between 7:30 and 11:30, only LMVs, followed by HMVs, will be permitted to travel from Minamarg to Srinagar.
Similarly, between 1300 and 1700, LMVs followed by HMVs would be permitted to travel from Sonamarg to Kargil. After the designated time, no vehicles will be permitted.
The SFs Convoy will depart Srinagar for Kargil at 8:00 a.m.
The SFs convoy travelling between Drass and Srinagar must coordinate their routes to avoid disrupting regular traffic.
Road to the Mughals:
Vehicle traffic on the Mughal Road will be permitted from both ends, from Poonch to Shopian and back again, if the weather cooperates and the roads are passable. Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., drivers of these vehicles may leave Behramgalla (Buffliaz) and Herpora (Shopian). After the designated time has passed, no vehicles will be admitted.
