Jammu, November 26, 23: During his speech at a gathering on Sunday, Altaf Bukhari said that many people believed that Article 370 and Article 35-A were the reason for their suffering. But after four years, he said, “We now realize that these laws are not the cause of it; rather, they are the result of the politicians who ruled us over the previous seven decades.”
