Door-to-door campaigning by DLSA Srinagar

On the eve of Anti-Tobacco Day, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) of Srinagar went door-to-door to educate locals on the dangers of tobacco usage.

Under the direction of Chairman DLSA Srinagar, Jawad Ahmad, PLV’s of DLSA Srinagar carried out a door-to-door campaign.

As the issue of tobacco use continues to spread, the Chairman of the DLSA has called for more public education efforts.

Jahangir Bakshi, secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) in Srinagar, said he hoped these modest but effective measures will serve as a call to action for all tobacco users to give up the habit and cooperate with us to combat tobacco usage.
