Teenager hurt in Anantnag after falling from speeding train

Kakpora, June 17: A traffic accident on Saturday morning left two people wounded in the Ananthnag district of South Kashmir.

Two people were hurt in an accident involving a tipper with the registration number JK03C 6661 and an Alto vehicle with the registration number JK13G 0844, according to a report by a government official published by Kashmir Scroll.

According to the police official, both victims were first carried to PHC Kakapora before being transferred to the more sophisticated care of Bone and Joint Hospital Barzulla in Srinagar.

Younis Ahmad Bhat, 34, son of Abdul Salam Bhat of Trichal Pulwama, and Mushtaq Ahmad Hurrah, 45, son of Assad Ullah of Lajura Pulwama, were hurt in the accident, according to a police official who also verified the incident to Kashmir Scroll.

The police officer said that a case involving the car crash had been filed.
