Sopore huge fire leaves two firefighters hurt and a home destroyed

In the Krankshivan colony neighbourhood of Sopore town in the north Kashmir Baramulla district on the morning of June 8, a fire entirely destroyed a residential home and wounded two firemen.

It was reported this morning by the news outlet Kashmir News Observer (KNO), citing a local authority, that a home fire had occurred in the Baba Raza neighbourhood.

Two firefighters were hurt while putting out the fire, and the homeowner’s home was entirely destroyed, he added.

Emergency personnel who were hurt during the incident have been sent to SDH Sopore. Ali Mohammed and his brother Khazir Mohammad are their names,” he stated.

It is unclear at this time what started the fire, the official added.
