Two scammers were caught in Srinagar with counterfeit gold biscuits

Saturday, June 10 (IANS) Jammu and Kashmir Police in Srinagar announced the arrest of two fraudsters in possession of 440 counterfeit gold biscuits.
The police claimed in a tweet, “Two fraudsters namely: 1) Tahir Ahmad Mughal of Choth Waliwar Ganderbal & 2) Nazir Ahmad Khan of Kupwara at present Baghi Mehtab Srinagar arrested with 440 fake gold biscuits.”

Bemina Police Station received a report of a plot to sell the items to the public as gold.
