Jammu, August 28: On Monday, 250 appointment letters were given to the chosen applicants for the BSF, CRPF, CISF, SSB, and ITBP by Union Minister of State for Development of North Eastern Region & Cooperation B L Verma.

He delivered these letters as a part of the PM’s “Rozgar Mela” organised at the BSF Jammu Frontier Headquarters as part of the Government of India’s “Mission Recruitment.” Verma was the main visitor at the event.

“The government’s attempts to reduce unemployment in the nation include the Rozgar Mela programme. As stated by the Prime Minister in October 2022, the mission mode recruitment campaign is anticipated to fill 10 lakh positions in the government by the end of this year. 5.5 lakh employment have already been created, according to Verma, who spoke to the crowd on the occasion.

Prior to the start of the event, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed everyone in attendance and essentially began “Rozgar Mela.”

Later, in front of IG BSF Jammu D K Boora, other CAPF personnel, and public dignitaries, Verma gave the actual copies of the appointment letters to the new hires. He asserted that

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is filling positions in a number of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), including the Delhi Police, CRPF, BSF, SSB, Assam Rifles, CISF, ITBP, and Narcotics control Bureau. In this series, 51,106 appointment letters were sent to new hires today at 45 sites around the nation.
