An active militant is named in a proclamation by the NIA Court in Budgam

September 06: On the request of District Police Budgam, Hon’ble Court of Addl. Sessions Judge Budgam designated NIA Court under section 22 of NIA Act has issued proclamation against one active terrorist namely Aaqib Ahmad Shergojri son of Nazir Ahmad Shergojri resident of Khampora Sarai Chadoora Budgam involved in case FIR No. 59/2022 under section 20, 38 UAP Act of Police Station Chadoora.

Notices requesting the declared absconder to appear before the trial Court by or before 03/10/2023 were posted in this respect at prominent locations, including on the main gate of the terrorist’s residential home.
