Today, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Hamid Zargar observed World Rabies Day in the district of Doda.
The principal purpose of the day was to increase rabies awareness in the district. To attain this objective, a district-wide series of awareness programmes encompassing all healthcare facilities were organised. These programmes helped disseminate vital information about rabies to the public.
