Baramulla, July 19: Police have established a “Anti-Eve Teasing Squad” in the town of Baramulla, which will be stationed outside the Government Degree College for Women and the Government Girls Higher Secondary School Baramulla. This is done to protect female citizens from eve-teasing and other anti-social elements while also taking action against them.

“Citizens may come to this squad with any concerns and to report any crimes or acts of violence against them. According to the police, the squad would monitor venues that women frequent, such as markets, malls, shopping centres, and schools.
