On Monday, July 17th, the Kupwara District Association election was held at the TRC Dak Bungalow in Handwara, and it was overseen by the Volleyball Association of J&K (VAJK).
According to the statement, VAJK CEO Kuldip Magotra served as the Returning Officer, while VAJK’s Ramesh Sharma, the organization’s Treasurer, and Mohd Tariq, its Joint Secretary, served as observers.
There were 10 volleyball clubs in the district, and their presidents and secretaries were all present for the election.
Kupwara District Volleyball Association elections resulted in Abdul Hamid Malik being chosen president and Shabir Ahmad Khan being elected secretary for the period 2023-2027.
Vice President Dr. Aijaz Lone, Treasurer Hafiz Ismael Lone, and Joint Secretary Irshad Qureshi were also chosen.
The freshly elected officers of the Kupwara District Volleyball Association have been congratulated by Kuldeep Magotra, CEO of VAJK and the Returning Officer.
