The Crime Branch meets with the Second Sub-Committee

December 12, Srinagar: Arun Kumar Chowdhary, Special Director General of Crime Branch J&K, chaired the second meeting of the Union Territory Level Coordination Committee Sub-Committee on Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) cases, which was held at Jammu Police Headquarters.

According to a statement released by the Crime Branch, at the 33rd UTLCC meeting on March 10, 2023, directives given, as well as NBFC cases based on marketing intelligence, were considered.

It was recommended to all parties that a focus be placed on raising public knowledge regarding unregulated NBFC and NIDHI firms in the market and that panchayats and educational institutions be included in this mass awareness campaign.
