Srinagar, 12 June 2023: University of Kashmir Admission Notification for 4-Year B.Tech Programmes Open for Online Applications. Prospective students who meet the requirements may submit their applications for enrollment in the University’s different academic programmes online.
Programmes in Civil Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and Mechanical Engineering (ME) are all available at the Institute of Technology (IT), Zakura Campus in Hazratbal. In the meanwhile, courses in CSE are available at the North Campus in Delina, Baramulla.
The notification states that Open Category candidates need to have obtained a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in their 10+2 examination, while Reserved Category candidates need to have obtained a minimum of 45%. In addition, applicants must have taken the JEE (Main) Exam 2023; their percentile rank there will determine whether or not they are admitted to the course.
Online applications will be made available beginning on June 14th, 2023. The application deadline is June 24, 2023, and the cost must be paid while submitting the online application.
