Kulgam: Police in Kulgam have conducted Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meetings at Police Stations Kulgam, Police Station Devsar, Police Station Qazigund, Police Station Kund, Police Station Manzgam, and Police Post Frisal in an effort to close the gap between the police and the general population.
The Auqaf committee members, youth, notable individuals, chowkidars, numberdars, and other respectable individuals attended the meetings, which were presided over by the appropriate jurisdictional authorities.
Speaking during the event, participants praised the police department for arranging such activities in the neighbourhood, which provide people a chance to draw attention to pressing social concerns and work towards finding solutions for the good of everyone. The policemen present listened patiently to their complaints and told them that any concerns against other departments would be brought up right away with the relevant officers for action. In addition, concerns regarding the police would be addressed first.
