Srinagar, June 20: On Tuesday, the Srinagar office of Registrar of Companies (ROC) UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh completed its third and fourth legal traineeship programmes. This slot included 10 University of Kashmir School of Law students. According to an official release, the programme gave law graduates practical experience and job skills.

A diploma distribution event at the ROC office in Srinagar closed the programme. Successful programme graduates received certificates signed by the Regional Director, Northern Region of the Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Two five-student batches enrolled these applicants. It said training lasted three to six months.

“We are pleased to announce that the programme for legal trainees has successfully culminated,” said ROC Kashmir officer in charge Haamid Bukhari. Young attorneys might strengthen their skills and get practical experience. We think this curriculum has enhanced their professional readiness and wish them well.” The trainees thanked the ROC office for the good experience. They thanked the ROC office for help and discussed their programme experiences.

Over the last two years, Srinagar’s Registrar of Companies office has taught more than 20 law students. This business law legal traineeship programme is unique for BA LLB or LLB students.
