The police spokesperson gave their names and hometowns, saying that Umer Ahmad Ganaie was from Setthergund Kakapora, Aftab Hussain Dar was from Avangund Rajpora, and Hilal Ahmad Khan was from Hakhripora.
Active members of LeT, TRF, JeM, and other militant groups have linked them as OGWs.
He further claimed that they were complicit in anti-national acts that threatened the security of the area, such as supplying transportation for terrorists.
The declaration promises severe punishment for anybody taking part in militant actions.
