In south Kashmir, a driver was killed in a head-on accident

On Saturday, a truck driver was killed in a head-on accident in the Ujroo region of Qazigund, Kulgam district, South Kashmir.

An official has reported that a head-on collision occurred at the Navayuga Toll Bridge between a truck travelling from Jammu to Srinagar and another vehicle.

Trilochan Singh, son of Himmat Singh from RS Pura, Jammu, was the driver, and he was declared dead at the scene of the accident.

The police have been made aware of the incident, and the corpse has been brought to the Qazigund emergency hospital, he said.
