14 June, Srinagar: On Wednesday, the police in Jammu and Kashmir were reported to have filed a complaint against a department shop for selling infant formula of an unsatisfactory quality.
According to Jknews19, the Srinagar Police Department took to Twitter to announce that “Case registered against 7/11 department store, sanatnagar for selling sub standard/adulterated milk for baby leading to deterioration of the health of baby.”
A last sentence in the tweet reads, “FIR no 48/23 under sections 273,274,275,276,420 of IPC registered in Sadar PS & investigation has begun.”
