A low-intensity avalanche warning has been issued in Kupwara

Srinagar, December 1: The Kupwara area of north Kashmir has received a low-intensity avalanche warning from the disaster management authorities.

According to the Jammu and Kashmir Disaster Management Authority (JKDMA), an avalanche with a low danger level is predicted to occur over 2800 meters above sea level over the Kupwara area in the next 24 hours.

He went on to say that residents in these regions are urged to exercise care and stay away from avalanche-prone locations until further instructions.
