On Monday in the Kishtwar area of the Jammu region, three hardened over ground employees were charged under the Public Safety Act (PSA), according to police in Srinagar.
According to the news source Kashmir News Observer (KNO), senior superintendent of police in Kishtwar, Khalil Poswal, three ardent OGWs have been charged under the PSA.

He said that because of the trio’s questionable post-bail behaviour, they had been arrested under the PSA and sent to various Jammu prisons.
He recognised the men as Riyaz Ahmad of Dachan, Zahoor Kamal of Kishtwar, and Touseef-Ul-Nabi of major Kishtwar.
The SSP further said that anybody found to be aiding terrorism will face heavy punishment—(KNO)
