In Awantipora, police have been destroying wild bung

August 29th, Srinagar: The police have started a special bung eradication campaign in the areas around Police Station Awantipora as part of their ongoing efforts to rid society of the drug issue.

According to a news release, a team comprised of officers from Police Station Awantipora and the Excise Department cleared 42 hectares of land in villages within Police Station Awantipora’s authority of wild bung.
