New Delhi, July 7: On Friday in Delhi, the National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval, is set to meet his counterpart in the United Kingdom, Tim Barrow.
This is the second encounter that the two have had this year, with the first one taking place on March 30 and being a casual get-together. The high-profile meeting took place only a few days after violence and demonstrations broke out at the Indian High Commission in London.
Earlier, on March 19, a protestor in London who was in favour of Khalistan clambered up onto the balcony of the High Commission of India and tore down the Indian flag.
India has lodged a strong protest over the event and has urged the authorities in the United Kingdom to take immediate action against those engaged in the conduct.
