Jammu & Kashmir reshuffled a number of JKAS personnel

Srinagar, June 20: Five JKAS officials have been reassigned as a result of a transfer order issued by the Jammu and Kashmir government.

The following assignments and transfers were mandated by an order issued by the General Administration Department on Monday. This order was issued in the interest of the administration.

Dr. Subash Chander, a member of the JKAS who formerly served as the Registrar for the District of Samba, has been moved to fill the position of Programme Officer for the ICDS Project in Samba. In addition to his other responsibilities, he is to act as the Registrar for the District of Samba until further instructions are given. This responsibility is concurrent with his own.

Syed Sajad Qadri, a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service who was waiting for orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been assigned as the Programme Officer for the ICDS Project in Budgam to fill a vacant position.

Masarat Hashim, a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, who was waiting for orders of adjustment at the General Administration Department, has been appointed as the Programme Officer for the ICDS Project in Pulwama to fill a vacant position.

The position of Deputy Director (Central) at the Directorate of Information, J&K held by Subhash Chander Dogra, JKAS, has been eliminated, and he will now serve as Programme Officer for the ICDS Project in Udhampur.

Zamir Ahmed Reshu, formerly of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service and most recently serving as Programme Officer for the ICDS Project in Udhampur, has been moved to fill the position of Programme Officer for the ICDS Project in Doda.
