Today, September 2, in the district of Budgam, the Chairman of the District Development Council (DDC), Nazir Ahmad Khan, spoke at a grievance redressal camp in the hamlet of Galwanpora.

During this open forum, he listened sympathetically to the problems and complaints of the locals.

During this camp, residents voiced their frustration with the slow progress being made on a high school construction project in the nearby community of Galwanpora. The Chairman of the DDC has promised that this issue would be carefully examined, and action will be taken quickly, so that the community’s educational requirements may be addressed without delay.

The occasion was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Budgam, other high-ranking government officials, and devoted members of the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI). The need of working together to address critical challenges and improve the Budgam area was highlighted by their presence.

Khan pledged to address public concerns quickly, highlighting the role of PRI institutions in providing for the immediate needs of rural communities. He thanked everyone there for their hard work and commitment to making the area better.
